Caramelo Crujiente

Okay, let’s talk about this for a moment….These complicated beauties required a small team of us to delicately craft each delicious layer and assemble into edible masterpieces.

A dark chocolate and cacao nib mini bowl was filled with caramel mousse, Nutella, caramel, and caramel sponge cake. All topped with a chocolate disk and a caramel mousse rose, spun by using what else – a pottery wheel!
